Two Brisbane print companies, Direct Impact Media and IPG Connect merged to form IPG Marketing Solutions.
IPG Marketing Solutions, owned by a subsidiary of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, will combine capabilities across offset printing, digital printing, storage & logistics and digital marketing.
IPG Marketing solutions will have a full suite of product offerings, including offset and digital printing, online print management, signage, direct mail, warehousing & logistics, design and digital solutions. IPG Marketing Solutions has clients across multiple industries, and will be well placed to provide a broader product offering to existing and new clients.
The merger was a logical step as both companies have been working together for years sharing skills and specialties that complement each other’s work. The newly formed company is located in 25 Strathwyn St, Brendale QLD.
IPG is currently evaluating the team roles, and believes ultimately this move positions us well to provide additional opportunities for existing team members. Domino’s has no current plans of acquiring any other companies at the moment, but will not rule anything out.
We believe this strategic move will allow us to build a multi-capability business, which will meet the needs of our clients.
Direct Impact Media was previously a division of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises. IPG Marketing Solutions will continue to work with clients including Domino’s, Lite’n’Easy, the Mater Hospital, Mantra Hotel and Queensland Reds Rugby to name a few.
IPG Marketing Solutions is placing the company on the forefront of the printing sector in Queensland with state of the art equipment and facilities. The offering will continue to expand as our clients benefit from growth with correct marketing direction and products.
